How soon do orders ship once an order has been placed?

What packaging does Grocerplanet.com orders use?

Groceplanet.com offers unbranded packaging. Unbranded packaging is normally available for all our products.

Unbranded Packing is the default ship option for Grocerplanet.com orders, except for scenarios where it may result in longer shipping and delivery times. This means that, to meet the declared delivery time, it could be that you receive your order in AMAZON branded boxes.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order will be confirmed you will receive email confirming that your order has been accepted and will be processed as soon as possilble. Shortly thereafer you will also find email with the tracking number that you can use to trace your order.
